My first pair of knitted socks! 8 months in the making for my hubby's Christmas gift, yes I did get them done on Christmas eve!

I have always lived on the West Coast, whether it Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Alaska. Born in the Apple Capital of the World-can you guess where that is ? Met my husband on a boat in Alaska and have been joyfully married for over 28 years! WOW! We have 2 adult children, a female and male, 1 cat, 1 dog and 3 love birds. Though wild deer and rabbits roam in great numbers freely in our yard they are not our domestic pets, you will find that I talk to them from time to time. Challenged daily but loving life!
