Drive the Island
Every now and then you just gotta get in the car and drive!
What a beautiful fall day in Olga Washington!
A sight rarely seen in summer at the Olga dock - morage space!
Thaksgiving 2011
A very quiet Thanksgiving this year, Steve, Audra and Myself.
But look who came to dinner in his place!
Hand Warmers 2011
I was trying to use up some of the yarn that I have
accumulated over the years. These are quick gifts
The pink hand warmers are a mixture of Super Wash Lambs Pride mixed with a cotton/rayon variegated very thin yarn I picked up at a garage sale years ago. I love the eyelash yarn around the edges - I hope Connie does as well!
These I made for my sister, when I asked her how she liked them she said "great - I needed a new set of pot holders!"
Again this is a mix of the cotton rayon in a different color and a high gloss shiny cotton yarn that someone else bought at a garage sale that I bought off of her! The flowers were fun and this is the first item I have embellished with beads!
